9:30am Land drills

10:30am EAT!


Sunday (year-round except October)

9:00am Warm-up

9:30am Paddle

11:00am Core Workout

11:30am EAT!


Wednesday (Spring & Summer ONLY)

6pm Warm-up and on the water 7:45pm EAT!
