How Fit of an Airmen Are You?

Working remotely in the desert has many benefits.....so many that this is the first time (and probably the last) that I will mention one.

and that is, that they post all these wonderful things at the base gym to determine
"How Fit of an Airmen Are You?"

This got me really excited, because, not only do I get to compare myself to the general population but, I get to see how fit I am, compared to the men and women that are there to protect our country. Unfortunately, they have removed all of their charts off of their site...but never fear, I have found another source for charts.

Basically,
Fitness points are awarded in four areas: aerobic (running), body-composition, push-ups, and crunches. Ratings are split amongst age groups and genders.

I'd highly recommend looking them over and assesing your current state of fitness. After the season, see where you are then. If you are upset with your current score - Joe run's a free Personal Training session every Saturday and Sunday after practice.
