1. 2010 Waivers: DEADLINE: Dec. 6
In order to participate in 2010, we must have a signed waiver from you.
PLEASE print and complete the attached 2010 SCDBC waiver and return to us ASAP.
You may scan & email back to us(Tran or Pearl ), fax, or hand to your captains at practice.

We will also collect waivers at the banquet on Dec. 6.

3. Year-End Dinner (SUN Dec. 6): We want your BABY PHOTOS!
In honor of Joe & Yonnie's baby - please give Janet your baby photo for an icebreaker game at the SD banquet. Details of the game will be explained at the banquet. If you don't have a scanner, give her a photo and she will scan it for you. Janet will be at practice on Sunday this weekend. Last day to submit photos is 12/4. Note: Only those that submit baby photos can play the game!
