Where: Mira Costa High School Track (Artesia Blvd/S. Peck Ave)
When: Wednesday, Feb 2 @ 6:30pm (~1.5 hrs)


Bring water. We'll spend ~30 minutes doing cardio on the stadium stairs and then do a leg workout around the track. Hope you've been keeping up your leg workouts....

Homework: Do at least 30 min of cardio on Monday or Tuesday and 30 min more on Thursday or Friday.
