For the OC-2 water testing, meet at the public docks behind the Marina Pacifica Mall on PCH. Call one of the coaches if you can't find it!
Stressed out about the test? DON'T WORRY! Results will be anonymous, and the biggest benefit of participating is that you can track your personal improvement over the season.
But in case you are, here are a few tips:
- Eat a light breakfast
- Warm up with a 5-10 minute jog
- Make every stroke count (you'll only need 150-200)
- Dig the paddle in deep
- Run the course like you run a race, with a strong start and an explosive (but controlled) finish!
And of course, if you're unable to make tomorrow but want to test, email the coaches to schedule a make-up.
