March 7 - 13

Monday: SUPERMANS 150, 200, 250
Tuesday:
CRUNCHES 250, 300, 350
Wednesday:
PUSHUPS 100, 150, 200
Thursday:
PLANKS 8 min, 10 min, 12 min
Friday:
SQUATS 250, 300, 350
Saturday:
RACE SETS!
Sunday:
RACE SETS!

Rules:
- There are three tiers: bronze, silver, gold. Pick your level to push yourself, but no injuries!!

- Warm up before you begin. Again, no injuries!!

- Do as many reps as you can in each set. So, do as many supermans as you can without stopping. Repeat until you reach your target.

- Post on Facebook when you finish each day's challenge.


Bonus:
Run at least 30 minutes each day.
