Practice attendance will be kept starting this weekend, and the tardy rule is back! If you're late to practice (with a 15 min grace period), you owe 50 push-ups. If you miss 3 in a row or 4 in a month, add burpies to those push-ups. Our water time is limited and precious, and arriving to practice on time helps us take full advantage of it.
Saturday Land Drills and Sunday Core Workouts will also begin this weekend, but instead of holding your plank to Rod's countdown, Galen will be cracking the whip.
The Space Dragons Weekday Workouts are in full swing. These extra workouts made a huge difference in our overall fitness level, and that translates directly into how fast we get across the finish line. Everyone is encouraged to participate, regardless of your current fitness level; the workouts can be modified to be as challenging as needed. And the cherry on top? It's fun!
