Season to be Thankful
While much of our paddling brethren seek shelter for the Winter, we are very lucky to have year-round temps and weather that we can be active in. Whether paddling, cycling, running, climbing, swimming or Iron-Man’ing get out and take advantage!
And speaking of Iron-Man, big high-5 and a "woop woop woop woop" ("heeeeey sexy lady" just sounds out of place) for Captain Roger and his inspirational Iron-Man AZ bid this Sunday, Goooo Raja!

3. FUNDRAISER @ THE ROSE BOWL – Sat Nov 24 & Tues Jan 1
- We are going to help sell concessions during UCLA football games at the Rose Bowl. We are working with another group to work either (or perhaps both) November 24 (v. Stanfud) and/or January 1 (the Rose Bowl Game).
- Looks like WE ARE SET!
4. 2012 NAPLES CHRISTMAS BOAT PARADE – Sat Dec 15th
- Not enough interest/availability, we’ll try again next year!

5. 2012 CHRISTMAS CHARITY – Garth Kemp’s “Stuff a Bus” – Marina
- We will be participating in a So. Ca fund raiser to provide toys for children who are in need.
- You can start bringing any donations of new: toys, backpacks, school supplies, gloves, etc… to Saturday practices for Marina to collect =)

Habitat for Humanity is a charity organization that builds homes to help hardworking, limited-income families. I will be building a new home in South Gate for a well-deserved lucky family.
