FINISH STRONG!
With a little more than 4 weeks until TI, we need to make good use of these remaining days to prepare for a Strong Finish. Treasure Island will have tough competition, as it does every year, and everyone will be watching us. So let’s hit it hard and make everyone see all the hard work we have put in this year. Get out to practice, intensify your land drills and fine-tune with SDWW and BOOST participation.
1. 2013 PDBA CLUB CREW QUALIFIERS (Oakland)
- Great Job Oakland crew! Each race was a Grand A Finals heat. It was LOUD and CROWDED each and every race. While we finished just shy of our goal, 2nd place in BOTH divisions is a HUGE accomplishment in ANY circumstances. Sub-second losses are an opportunity to learn. Let it serve each and every one of us in preparing for TI. ONE TEAM!

- Practice Poll Reminder: Be mindful of the practice poll. We need your poll responses for Sat/Sun practice by Wed 7p to properly notify SCDBC, later responses, while helpful to coaches and captains, do not help us satisfy our obligations to the association, beach monitors and the greater DB community.
SPECIAL BOAT – Sat/Sun 7:45a, before normal practice (8a ON THE WATER)
Please be ON TIME EARLY, we only have 1hr and need everybody to launch the boat!

Have you done the Weekly Boost yet? Get to it! New assignment up on Spacebook. ( INCHWORMS WITH PUSH UP or WALL CLIMBS)
The Weekly Boosts will only take a few minutes a day through the week (M-TH, Fri rest) or you can do it all in one day. Your choice. Just get it done! Update Spacebook when you do it. It’ll not only help you (tracking what you’ve done), it’ll help us (recognize the work and thought we put in), and help the team (encourage others to join in too). We want the whole team to participate, so get to it! By doing the Weekly Boost, you’re not only supporting and encouraging your fellow teammates, but you are also supporting and encouraging your coaches.
