Great job at Tempe everyone!! I’m very excited about this season with our new stroke, new coaches, & new paddlers. Now moving on to my next project, The Biggest Loser Challenge 2010 – a competitive weight loss challenge between Space Dragon team members. Although I have not been part of the previous challenges, I’ve heard that the team have greatly benefited from the challenge. The Biggest Loser Challenge really isn’t about competing against each other. It’s about the achieving personal goals and self improvement which leads to team contribution. So really, you’re doing this for the team!
Trust me; I KNOW how difficult it is to lose weight. I’ve been battling weight problems myself for the last decade or so. I hope that this challenge will motivate people to be healthier and perhaps even change their lifestyle. We have a great group of people that can be part of your support system for your journey to achieving your goal. If you need workout tips or healthy eating advice, ask around. They are more than happy to assist you. You can even ask me! I care about each and every one of my team members and I’m here to help. So, with that being said, I just want to give you guys a heads up. This challenge is going to happen and will start very soon...Check this blog for more updates!!
