Where: Track at Manhattan Beach Blvd and Aviation in Redondo Beach
When: Wednesday, Jan 26 @ 6:30pm (~1.5 hrs)
Bring water and resistance bands if you have them. We'll spend ~30 minutes at the track doing cardio, then move to the fitness park for chest, core and arms.
Homework: Do at least 30 min of cardio on Monday or Tuesday.
