SoBay Weekday Workout 4/5

So Bay Weekday Workout is moving to Tuesdays!! For those of you who want to do the cardio portion at home, we'll be doing 10x100m sprints.

Where: Track at Manhattan Beach Blvd and Aviation in Redondo Beach
When: Tuesday, Apr 5 @ 6:30pm (~1.5 hrs)
