In anticipation of the OC-2 Challenge on Sunday, I present to you, the results of Round 1 the fitness challenge.
We learned a lot from this first round. For example, it is much better to time the agility drill with a digital watch, and to have the exercises be evaluated the same. (e.g. pushup test will be done either all regular or modified).

Anywho, here are the results! Look them over and be prepared to do it again next month. I expect improvement across the board!
