1. SAN FRANCISCO (TI) - Sept 15 & 16
- 3 DAYS!!! Trust in your coaches and teammates and EXECUTE what you have practiced!
- In these last few days, EVERYTHING COUNTS!!!
Eat well, get your last cardio/taper workouts in today and REST well the next couple days!!!
- Fees: Great turnout paying your tournament fees!!! Except for the 1 or 2 who haven’t $30 to Space Dragons and $5 to Zina for food fee to help RFX offset food costs (you know who you are...).
- Team Hotel: (REALLY close to Powell St BART exit from airport)

- Equipment transport:
* Make sure you bring your Paddle/PFD (to give to drivers) to PRACTICE tonight!
* Otherwise make plans with your selected driver!
* If you are using team paddle/PFD, take it with you tonight or arrange transport with a teammate! We are not bringing team gear to TI!
- Lookout for Tournament Logistics mail!
Nothing new here: paddling gear, layered clothes, running shoes, sun protection, team-1st attitude =D
2. BEACH CLEANUP
- Great Turnout for our last cleanup of the year !!!
- Give Marina a BIG hug for all her hard work coordinating the cleanup program

Tonight is the LAST “Regular” practice of the 2012 Season, hope to see you there!
