SoBay Weekday Workout 1/19

Where: Track at Manhattan Beach Blvd and Aviation in Redondo Beach
When: Wednesday, Jan 18 @ 6:30pm (1-1.5 hrs)

Bring water and resistance bands if you have them. We'll spend ~20 minutes at the track doing cardio, then move to the fitness park for back and shoulders.

P.S. The best way to prevent your legs from killing you the next time we do a leg workout (in 2 more weeks) is to continually do those leg exercises a few times a week (only takes 15 minutes!).
