Where: Track at Manhattan Beach Blvd and Aviation in Redondo Beach
When: Weekly Wednesday nights, starting Jan 12 @ 6:30pm (1-1.5 hrs)
Even if you can't join us, DO start ramping up your own personal workouts with more cardio and strength building exercises. The difference between paddling in the finals and watching on the sidelines is only fractions of a second (0.4 seconds!), so let's all get our fitness levels up.
