As we get into the heart of this new race season, there will definitely be some bumps along the road.  Mornings where we're sore.  Days where it's cold.  When you just wonder if it's all worth it.

Always keep in mind that somewhere out there is someone who's going to want it more.  Who's motivated... possibly more motivated.

Let's be the most motivated and hardest working bunch on the beach.
No regrets in 2012.
