2 weeks to bring your A-GAME:
· Carpooling: If you haven’t cleared up your transportation, now’s the time! Email captains if you need carpooling buddies.
· Lodging: Email captains if you need bunk mates.
· No Flake Date has passed: Make sure you pay your Tempe fees!!!
Note: If you have already setup transportation and lodging and have space in your car and/or room, email the captains so we place our orphans!
2. Baby Long Beach – Sun 4/29

3. PORTLAND

· June 9-10 is approaching fast, so sign up via Evite!
· We have a full boat of participants already, let's make it TWO! Ripple has 2 boats going, so can we!
· 1st boat Roster will be capped at 22 paddlers. Will register a 2nd boat at 35…
· Signing up on Evite is NOT a guaranty of a spot on the boat! You must secure a flight and update the Evite with flight info
· SO, if you already have your flight, update the Evite with flight info to secure your spot, NOW!
4. PRACTICE ATTENDANCE
· Attendance Poll: Accuracy here is VERY important as we ask for boats on a weekly basis based on the poll numbers. WE have been way off in both directions the last FEW weeks!
· Attendance Sheet: It is YOUR responsibility to sign up on the attendance sheet. Since the attendance sheet is used for land drill attendance as well, if you skip the attendance sheet, you may miss being counted for land drills as well!!!
5. BEACH CLEANUP UNO – Give back to the community! March 24
· Most successful community outreach we can do!!!
· Just 30 to 45 min of time
· Good for us, the greater DB community and public relations
· Make sure to bring your SD Bling! Wearing your SD Jersey will let everyone know who's keeping the beach clean!
6. BDR Earth Family Fun Run – Sun Apr 22
· What: Inaugural BDR Earth Day Family Fun Run to support the Brian D. Robertson Foundation! Space Dragons is sponsoring this event, so it would be great to have some of us out there.

Team BlindStart is looking for volunteer coaches. Think you have what it takes? Email captains if you are interested or for more details. You can get more paddle in and lots of warm fuzzy feelings too!
